Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and upselling our comprehensive range of telecom services for UCaaS and CCaaS needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Upselling: Recognize and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional services, including:
- Cloud Communications
- Disaster Recovery
- Colocation
- SD-WAN
- SASE
- Network Connectivity
- Managed Services
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of telecom services and technologies.
- Knowledge of leading UCaaS and CCaaS providers (e.g., FortiVoice, RingCentral, Zoom, NICE, Five9, Genesis) and their offerings are highly desirable.
